Stay  in Valencia,  with a story

A building with a Valencian soul, a story of its own and the quiet rhythm of a neighbourhood people actually live in.Boutique, spacious apartments in La Zaidía, ideal for families, longer stays and remote workers who want to experience Valencia near the Turia Gardens and the Serranos Towers.

Our story

A building with a story of its own

Ca Iconic stands at Calle Visitación 3, in one of Valencia’s most storied neighbourhoods. It is not a hotel, and not an anonymous apartment block — it is an entire building with its own character, carefully operated by SingularStays.

From the rooftop, the Torres de Serranos and the green ribbon of the former River Turia unfold in front of you. It is the kind of view few city stays can offer.

Here, time moves differently. The streets are calm, neighbours still know each other, and the Valencia beyond the guidebooks is just around the corner.

I'm leaving, but I swear I'll be back tomorrow… — Nino Bravo · born in this neighbourhood

The neighbourhood and its legends

Two voices. One street.

Visitación is not just another neighbourhood. Two of Spanish popular music’s most important voices were born here. Today, that same spirit still runs through Ca Iconic.

Luis Manuel Ferri Llopis · Born in this neighbourhood

Considered one of the greatest singers in Spanish history, Nino Bravo was born and grew up in the streets surrounding Ca Iconic. His unmistakable voice conquered generations inside and outside Spain.

«Un beso y una flor», «Te quiero, te quiero», «Libre» — songs that still move people today. And this neighbourhood is still his.

Concepción Piquer López · Legend of the copla

Born in this very neighbourhood, Concha Piquer is the most important figure in 20th-century Spanish copla. She triumphed on Broadway before becoming a cultural symbol of Spain.

Her voice, her elegance and her story are part of the DNA of these streets. And of Ca Iconic.

Art is the soul of the people, and I am of the people.
